He also serves as an Expert Review Appraiser for the state.  He was appointed to this position on the Real Estate Appraiser Expert Review Appraiser Roster (ERAR) by the Washington State Department of Licensing in 2004 .

Judie Myles, Owner and Appraiser, is also a Washington State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. She has over 20 years of appraisal experience.
